The gorgeous mansion that used to be known as the Denman Estate is now known as The Rosemont, the original name when it was built! THE DENMAN ESTATE PARK IS OWNED BY SA PARKs. The rosemont mansion is owned by FEAST (family educators alliance of south texas) NPO.
Here at the Rosemont, we love hosting weddings, corporate events, and special events such as birthday parties, baby showers, etc. If you are interested in hosting an event at The Rosemont, we suggest reaching out to us so we can discuss all the possibilities!

Yes, we love hosting photoshoots! We offer a variety of photo permits for photographers and guests, please call or email to inquire.
We know that our historic mansion is an interest of many people who visit the Denman Estate Park. The Rosemont mansion is open to the public for event rentals. However, it is not open to the public for tours.
Inside, our capacity is 55 guests. Outside, we can host up to 200 people!
Yes! We have a lift for our disabled guests, so that they can go upstairs if needed!
We have 88 parking spots and 4 handicap parking spots. We recommend letting your guests know ahead of time to carpool or provide a shuttle for their guests.
